I have these Monitor 10R headphones for a couple of decades now. They are one of my favourites for the design and sound quality.
But a year ago they broke. The plastic pieces are showing the wear and they started cracking.
The headphones were fully disassembled all the wires un-soldered:
I made a 3D model of the two broken arch pieces and additional holder for the ear pads that were previously glued on.

The arches are bendy so I need to make them slightly thicker or print them out of different material. For the next time.
