- file it (organizing)
- Automatically acquired: It’s in my storage and I have to decide
- I’ll need it in the future (keeping), decide where will I store it – leave where it is or file it (organizing)
- I won’t need it in the future
- delete it (keeping and maintaining)
- file it (keeping and maintaining – archiving)
Just one note:
I’m not sure why this guy wants bugzilla if everything installed smoothly as it should. bugzilla comes in to place a bit later when they’ll start fighting 🙂
