It was in a restaurant in<br \/>\nManzanillo and perhaps should have come with instructions!! There is a<br \/>\nsmall lever coming out of the tap (where the water comes out <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Faucet_aerator\">[aerator]<\/a><em>) and to turn<br \/>\nthe tap on you had to push this lever. You also had to keep it pushed to<br \/>\nkeep the water flowing which meant you needed some pretty fancy finger<br \/>\ngymnastics to be able to wash your hands.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Well &#8230; I have no comments :=).
